1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order by selecting your product, adding it to your cart, and completing checkout with your shipping and payment details.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact customer support as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
3. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Updates will be announced when it becomes available.
4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–4 business days after shipment.
5. Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.
6. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, except for final sale items.
8. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. Eligible returns include free return shipping.
9. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
10. Do you offer product exchanges?
No. We do not offer product exchanges. Approved returns are refunded instead.
